Pricing & Payment Terms
- Cost: $200 per report for residential structures up to 1,200 square feet.
- Payment: Once your order is placed, you will receive an invoice. Payment is required before the report is registered or before delivery if registration is not needed.
- No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work has begun.
- Revisions: Changes after report completion may incur additional fees based on complexity.
Turnaround Time
- Standard Processing: 2 to 3 business days.
- Rush Processing: Expedited service may be available for an additional fee. Contact us for rush pricing.
Additional Notes
- The $200 fee applies only to residential structures up to 1,200 square feet. Larger structures or non-residential projects may be subject to additional fees—contact us for a custom quote.
- Reports are delivered in PDF format via email.
- If your project has unique requirements, please provide all relevant details when ordering to ensure accuracy and avoid delays.
Information We Need
For new construction
- Dimensioned Floor Plans
- Conditioned Square Footage for each floor
- Exterior Elevations
- Site Plan showing True North and Address
- Construction Assemblies (Types of walls, floors, and ceilings)
- Information on Heating and Cooling Systems desired
- Information on Domestic Hot Water System desired (Storage Tank or Tankless)
- Propane or Natural Gas availability at site
- Specifications on any preferred building components like window types, atypical insulation types, or mechanical equipment.
For additions we also need
- Year the Original House was Built
- Existing and Proposed Floor Plans (or Existing areas clearly shown on “Proposed” Floor Plans)
- Existing and Proposed Conditioned Square Footage for each floor
- Information on and proposed Existing Heating, Cooling, and Domestic Hot Water Systems
